Q: When I order a spell, how do I tell you what I want?

A: It's very simple. After you add a spell to your shopping cart and click on the checkout button, you will be asked to do the following: (1) Enter your name & address, (2) Choose a shipping method, (3) Enter the details of your request.

Q: Which Spell should I order?

A: If you are unsure which spell would work best for you, we recommend you go with either your first choice or your gut instinct. Please keep in mind that your particular request could be fulfilled by several different spells. As all our spells are powerful and cast by a skilled practitioner, you can rest assured that any one of several spells you select will do just fine.

Q: Do spells work? What is your success rate?

A: Today, the art of spell casting has reached mainstream America. People from all walks of life have come back to us time after time asking for spells to help them in love, work, finances, disputes... We receive letters every day thanking us for bringing about results which hadn't occurred otherwise.

We have an extremely high success rate, and most of our clients are very happy with the results. Perhaps the best evidence of our success is the actual testimonials that you will find throughout our website. Each testimonial is real, and is used only with permission.

Q: How long does it take for a spell to work?

A: Some report positive results the moment they ask for a spell to be cast. Many experience results the day the spell is cast (you will receive a letter in the mail giving you this date). And some do not feel anything for several days, or even a week or two, then suddenly realize the spell's effects have kicked in. Spell casting is an art, not a science, and is therefore somewhat unpredictable.

Q: How can a spell be cast from a distance--especially when we’ve never met in person?

A: People who have had near death experiences often report encountering spirits of people who have already passed on--even though some of these people died hundreds, even thousands of miles away. In the spirit world, time or place has no significance. To a skilled spell caster--someone who is intimate with the spiritual world--it doesn't matter if you are in the same room or in another state. It is the power and experience of the spell caster that is of utmost importance.

Q: Are Spells always an appropriate solution?

A: Usually. However, if you are in immediate physical danger (such as in an abusive relationship), we strongly recommend you contact the local authorities.

Q: Is there anything else I can do to help achieve my goals?

A: In addition to requesting a spell, we also suggest to our clients that they not solely rely on the spells. Spells work best as a supplement to proactive behavior. You should concentrate your thoughts and energy on achieving your goals, while knowing that the spell is working on your behalf.

Q: Will you tell me when my spell will be cast?

A: Within a few days of receiving your order, we will send you a letter through the mail explaining the exact day the spell will be cast, the time frame for it to take effect, and any other instructions that are necessary.

Q: Will you cast a "Death" Spell or any Spell that will deliberately harm someone?

A: Absolutely not. Even our Retribution Spells are not designed to harm someone else--rather, they are intended to right a wrong.

Q: Can I get a spell to reinforce a previous spell? And if so, will it help?

A: Many of our clients request reinforcement spells when they feel the situation calls for it. Reinforcement spells are particularly effective for urgent, serious situations.

Simply request another spell (the same one you requested previously), and during checkout you can explain your request and that it is a reinforcement spell. The cost of a reinforcement spell is the same as the original spell.

Q: Will this spell conflict with any other spells?

A: Only if your request specifically asks it to counter another spell. Otherwise, our spells do not alter or conflict with previous spells and only do exactly as you request.

Q: If the spell involves another person, how much do you need to know about them?

A: Obviously, the more we know about the other person, the better. However, just knowing the other person's name (and that he or she is in your thoughts) is enough for us to cast the spell. If you only know their first name, that is fine too.

Q: Can I change a spell after I have already ordered it?

A: No. Once a spell has been requested, we cannot change it. Please be careful when ordering!

Q: What is the difference between a Spell and a Spell Kit?

A: If you request a Spell, we will cast the spell on your behalf. We will then send you a letter through the mail explaining the exact day the spell will be cast, the time frame for it to take effect, and any other instructions that are necessary.

If you request a Spell Kit, we will send you a kit through the mail that will include the items and instructions you will need in order to cast the spell yourself.

Q: How do I place an order online?

A: To place an order online, please first browse our website. Once you find a product or service that you would like to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" (or similar) button at the bottom of that page. You will then be shown the contents of your shopping cart, and may continue shopping, or start the checkout process.

During checkout, you will be asked for your shipping information, shipment method, and for the details of any Spell Requests. On the next page (after clicking "Continue") you will be asked for your Billing information.

Your order will not be placed until you click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the Order Review page.

For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you wish to purchase with a check, cash, or money order (always in U.S. Currency only!), you can mail us an order.

Q: The Shopping Cart isn't working properly. What can I do?

A: Your browser must accept Cookies for our shopping cart to work properly. Please go here for instructions on how to enable cookies.

Also, please make sure both your Privacy and Internet Security settings are at "Medium (Default)" or lower. Additionally, if you use a personal firewall such as ZoneAlarm, McAfee, or Norton, it may be configured too strictly. Try lowering the restrictions and/or disabling it temporarily to see if that solves the problem.

Q: Why is there a shipping & handling charge for Spells? What do you send me?

A: Shortly after we receive your order, we will send you a letter through the mail explaining the exact day the spell will be cast and any other instructions that are necessary.

You can choose to have your spell schedule e-mailed instead, but the shipping and handling fees still apply if your order is e-mailed.

Q: What is the difference between "Normal" and "Rush" processing?

A: With normal processing, we will ship your order within a few days. With rush proccessing, we will put your request at the top of the list, and ship your order as soon as possible, normally within one business day.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International normal orders will be shipped via USPS Global Air Mail. International rush orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Please see our estimated shipping times for more information.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: You will usually receive your order within several days depending on how far you are from California and whether whether you requested regular processing or rush processing. Please click here to see our estimated shipping times.

During holidays it may take longer for us to process your order. Please be patient and allow additional time for your order to reach you.

Q: I sent you an order through the mail. Have you received it yet?

A: Please be sure to allow ample time for your order to reach us. Once received, we process orders as quickly as possible. However, it usually takes much longer than you would expect for us to receive your order.

If sending us an order within the Domestic United States, please allow 10 DAYS for your order to reach us. Then please allow an additional 10 DAYS for your order to reach you. We understand that many of our clients are eager to see results as quickly as possible, but unfortunately the US Postal Service can sometimes be rather slow.

If you are sending us an international order, please allow THREE WEEKS for your order to reach us.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Yes! Any transaction you make with us is completely secure. The credit card and ordering information you provide to us when purchasing our products are protected by Yahoo's secure servers, using industry-standard SSL encryption. Q: Can I pay with Non-U.S. currency?

A: No.

Q: Can I order from you if I'm under 18?

A: Yes, you may order our products, but you must get your parent's permission first. We cannot cast spells for anyone under the age of 18.

Q: I am in a dangerous situation. Can you help me?

Q: What if I'm not happy with the results of a spell, a horoscope, or any product or service you offer?

A: You have up to one full year to decide whether or not you are satisfied with any product or service from us. Merely return what we've sent you within 365 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees). Period. No questions asked.

Q: What happens to the Spells when I request a refund?

A: If you request a refund we will cancel the spell accordingly and issue a refund (minus shipping and handling fees). (If you paid via credit card, we will issue a credit to your card. Q: What is your Exchange Policy?


For Spells: We do not accept exchanges of spells. You may, of course, ask us to cancel the spell and request a refund, and then order a different spell.

For Products: We are only able to offer a maximum of two exchanges. Unfortunately, not all of our clients are completely honest. We have actually had clients in the past that have asked for dozens of exchanges (really!). Obviously, if a product is not working for you, you may ask to try another one. But we respectfully ask that you do not deliberately take advantage of us.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange any of our products or services. If this happens, we will gladly offer you a refund if you return whatever we have sent you.

Q: Do you really honor your unconditional guarantee?

A: Yes.

Q: What if I have not received a response to an email?

A: We do our best to respond to every email within 24 hours. The reason you might not have received our response is because our emails sometimes get marked as 'spam', so check your spam box. If this occurs, add us to your list of contacts so this problem wont happen again.
